DELIVERY INFORMATION<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The company ADK Ring d.o.o., undertakes to deliver the goods in the shortest possible time. If any of the ordered items are not in stock, we will inform you using the means of communication you provided when you registered. Delivery is made the next working day from the day of dispatch. You will receive a notification when you ship the shipment, so you can expect the shipment. Delivery time depends on the country to which we send the package.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Who<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Goods ordered in the online store are delivered by the GLS delivery service and Po\u0161ta Slovenije.<\/p>\n

Costs<\/p>\n

The buyer is charged for delivery costs depending on the weight of the package and the country. The exact cost will be charged to you at the checkout when you enter the delivery address.<\/p>\n

We send packages to all European countries inside and outside the EU.<\/p>\n

In Slovenia we send packages weighing up to 60 kg. We send packages weighing up to 40 kg to EU countries. We send packages weighing up to 30 kg to other European countries.<\/p>\n

For all difficult packages, send us an inquiry to e-mail: info@prideshop and we will prepare an offer for delivery.<\/p>\n

Where<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Delivery is made to the address you enter when placing the order. In addition to the primary address, you can specify an additional delivery address if you want the goods to be delivered to another address. You can also inform us about the change of delivery address via e-mail. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service employee will leave a message on the basis of which you will agree on re-delivery or another method of collection.<\/p>\n

Company outside Slovenia that are VAT payer<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Legal entities that are liable for VAT have the right to purchase products without VAT. The delivery address must be the same as the registered office of the company.<\/p>\n

If your country is not an EU member, you may have to pay VAT and customs duties in your country. We have no influence on these costs and are not related to shipping costs. Find out the amount of import costs in your country.<\/p>\n
