The general terms and conditions of the https://prideshop.eu (ADK RING d.o.o.) website are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The https://prideshop.euwebsite is managed by ADK RING d.o.o., Ulica heroja Šarha 30, 3000 Celje, Slovenia.
Online shopping and ordering at https://prideshop.eu/ is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Due to various technical reasons, the operation or access to the website is sometimes disabled for short periods of time during website maintenance. Website maintenance may cause occasional disruptions on the website, resulting in incorrect item prices, descriptions and inventory status. The provider is not responsible for incorrect information that occurs during maintenance, however, the customer will be notified of any issues that may arise when placing an order. The provider reserves the right to limit or completely suspend the sale of some or all items for a definite or an indefinite period of time, or to limit or completely stop access to the online store for a definite or an indefinite period of time. The provider does not accept responsibility for non-operation of the store due to user’s inability to use the site properly, any consequences of misuse of the online store, non-operation of the service due to network failure, power outage or other technical disturbances that could temporarily or permanently interfere with the use of the online store.
The customer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase or placing an online order. Whenever an order is placed, the users are reminded of the general terms and conditions and confirms their understanding of the general terms and conditions by placing an order.
You are able to use the services of the online store when you register as a user, or make a purchase without registration. Upon registration in the system, you are assigned a username identical to your e-mail address, and a password. 2. Purchasing process
1. Product search
There are two ways to search for a specific product: In the top bar above the MENU toolbar, there is the “SEARCH BY PRODUCT” box, where you can type in the type of product you want to search for (e.g. (“Body Protection”) or a specific product name (e.g. “Karate Gloves Pride”). One or more products that match the entered search are displayed. In the top menu, select the main category of items you are interested in (e.g. “Judo”,), and then further limit the selection by given subcategories (e.g. “Judo accessories”). All the products in the selected category will be displayed.
2. Product selection
Click on the product image to view more detailed information. Choose the right size and number of pieces. Press the “Cart” button. The item will be moved to the shopping cart. You can then continue shopping or go to the shopping cart to complete the purchase, where you can check if your order contains the correct items, including quantity and price, or make corrections in case of errors.
You can complete the purchase as a guest or you can register as a user. In the case of registration, personal data is stored as stated in our “Legal Notices”, under “Personal data protection”

5. Shipping information
In case the shipping and billing information differ, uncheck the option “Ship to the same address” at the end of section “Payment details” and enter your shipping address under “Shipping information”.
6. Select shipping method
In this step, select the delivery method:
Cash on delivery, the price is 3.70 EUR with VAT up to 40 kg. Delivery is free for purchases over 80.00 EUR.
You also have the option of collecting your order our company headquarters. You must pick up the goods within 3 working days from receiving the notification that the goods are ready to be collected, otherwise the order will be canceled.
7. Payment options
Payment options are listed below. Choose the option that suits you best:
PayPal payment – payment via the PayPal online service
Credit cards – payment with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or Diners credit cards
Credit transfer (pro forma invoice)– After completing the purchase, a pro forma invoice will be sent to the provided e-mail address for you to transfer the funds to our company’s bank account. After receiving the payment, your order will be shipped.
Cash on delivery – The invoice is paid for in cash to the delivery person delivering the shipment.

8. Placing your order
In this step, your order can be reviewed – ordered goods, partial and total amount to be paid. If everything is correct, confirm the order by pressing the “Buy Now” button. By confirming the order, a contract with our company is concluded.
Until the placement of your order is not completed by pressing the “Buy Now” button, the order is not confirmed and it can be canceled.
You will receive the original invoice with the delivered package. A copy of the invoice is kept in our company and can be obtained by a written request sent to our address or to our e-mail address email@example.com
10. Canceling an order
Upon placing the order, you will receive a copy of the order to your email address. You can cancel your order by sending a message to our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been dispatched, refuse to accept it upon delivery. The package will be returned to our address and the order will be canceled. In this case, the customer bears no costs. In the event of a subsequent order cancellation after receiving the goods, you must comply with our general terms and conditions described in “Return of goods”.
3. Method of payment
For online purchases, you can select one of the following payment options:
- Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery allows you to pay for the items when the delivery service (Pošta Slovenije)delivers it to your home. Payment is possible in cash. In addition to the delivery charges, the delivery service also charges a fee for this service, which is not included on the invoice. You can pick up the package and pay at your nearest post office.
- Payment by pro forma invoice: you will receive a pro forma invoice by post or to the e-mail address specified in the order. After the payment of the pro forma invoice, the shipment is dispatched within 1-4 business days. For items that are not in stock and custom items, the delivery time is up to 15 days from the received order. For large custom item orders, we reserve the right to a longer delivery date. In the case of payment by pro forma invoice, please use the following payment details: Bank account number: SI56 0311 8100 0922 527. The reference is the same as the order number.
- Payment with Paypal: we accept Paypal payments . When the checkout is completed, the PayPal page will open automatically and you can make the payment.
The prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Prices in the online store are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of any price errors, you will be able to cancel the purchase.

For business purposes, ADK RING d.o.o. collects the following user data:

- email address (your username),
- contact telephone number
- password in encrypted form

Upon visiting the online store, each user is assigned a session cookie for identification and shopping cart monitoring. All mentioned data, except cookies, are stored permanently on the ADK RING d.o.o. server. Session cookies are stored in the server memory only for the duration of the visit and are deleted after one hour of inactivity, while persistent cookies are stored on the visitor’s computer.

In this way, the website recognizes you, remembers the information about your visit and provides a user-friendly and simpler online service. The order is rejected if it is determined that the order cannot be processed under the stated conditions and with information available to the online store. The customer cannot demand that such an order is fulfilled.

Right to withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer can notify the provider in writing of the withdrawal from the contract or orders within 14 days of receiving the goods. The customer is not obliged to give reasons for the withdrawal. The customer can submit the notice of withdrawalby form or by an unambiguous statement clearly stating that the customer is withdrawing from the contract.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the company shall immediately or no later than within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract, refund the customer for all payments received. The company shall reimburse the payments to the customer by the same means of payment as used by the customer, unless the customer requests the reimbursement to be made with another means of payment. The customer does not bear any costs for the reimbursement. The customer must return the goods within 14 days of notification of withdrawal from the order. The customer receives a refund after returning the goods Withdrawal form (DOC)..
7. Shipping and postage
Postage and shipping
The provider will deliver the goods or services within the agreed time-frame. Items ordered on PRIDEshop.eu are shipped in the shortest possible time, usually on the same business day of the order, for all orders placed by 13:00. The contractual partners for the delivery of shipments are GLS delivery service and Pošta Slovenije postal service, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service to fulfill the order more efficiently. Delivery is scheduled for the next business day. Delivery usually takes place in the AM. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a message with further instructions.
Shipping costs are calculated depending on package weight.
In the case of cash on delivery, you will pay additional costs for this service in the amount of 1.50 EUR at the end of check out.
FREE shipping for orders over 80.00 EUR.
Free shipping applies only to purchases made by natural persons and does not apply to sports clubs and businesses.

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. VAT payers are required to provide their tax ID number when registering.
In addition to home delivery, we also provide in-store pickup at our retail store: PRIDEshop, Kocbekova 30a, Ljubečna pri Celju. In any case, the order must be placed online. We will notify you by e-mail when your shipment is ready for pickup. The shipment can be picked up during the company’s working hours or outside the working hours by prior arrangement. Please pick up the goods within 3 working days of receiving notification that the goods are ready to be collected, otherwise the order will be canceled.
8. Aftersales services – warranty
If the item for which the warranty is issued does not work properly or does not have the features listed in the warranty or as advertised, the customer can first request the remedy of defects. If the defects are not remedied within a total of 45 days from the day on which the manufacturer, seller or authorized service center received the customer’s request to remedy the defects, the seller must replace the item with the same, new and faultless good free of charge. If the seller does not repair or replace the good with a new one within the period referred to in the previous paragraph, the customer may terminate the contract or demand a reduction in the purchase price.
The seller must issue a new warranty for the replaced good or the replaced essential part of the good with a new one. The customer’s rights under this article shall lapse after two years from the date on which the customer requested the remedy of the defects free of charge or the replacement of the goods with new ones.
All items are inspected and shipped undamaged before delivery.
In the case of error on our part
In the event that the delivered items do not meet the characteristics or specifications of the ordered items, you must notify us within 8 days from the date of receipt of the item. Please return the items in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received the item. Attach a filled out complaint form, which you will receive by e-mail upon request, with a brief statement as to why you are returning the items. You will either be refunded for the value of the returned item, excluding delivery costs, or receive a credit note or new item.
10. Complaints procedure
ADK RING d.o.o., Ulica heroja Šarha 30, 3000 Celje adheres to the applicable legislation on consumer protection and makes every effort to fulfill its duty to establish an effective complaint handling system.
The customer can file a complaint in several ways: in writing, by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and by a verbal complaint recorded in writing at the retail store: ADK RING d.o.o., Ulica heroja Šarha 30, 3000 Celje.
The competent staff of the ADK RING d.o.o. company, Ulica heroja Šarha 30, 3000 Celje will resolve the complaint as soon as possible, or no later than within 8 days of receiving all documentation required for the assessment. ADK RING d.o.o. will send a complaint response with appropriate explanation in writing to the customer’s contact address (in most cases the e-mail address). The customer has the right to submit an objection. ADK RING d.o.o. will send the decision on the objection with appropriate explanations in writing to the customer’s contact address within 15 working days. This concludes the decision of the company ADK RING d.o.o. and the internal complaints procedure. If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, the customer can file a lawsuit with the competent court.
11. Dispute settlement
In the event of errors in shipping or on the delivered goods, the customer should first contact the seller directly with a complaint. The seller then responds to the customer within a certain time frame, depending on the nature of the issue, by either rejecting or confirming the complaint and offering possible solutions to the matter.
If the parties cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the dispute shall be resolved by the court in Celje with appropriate jurisdiction.
Pursuant to Article 32 of the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act Act (ZIsRPS)ADK RING d.o.o.,Ulica heroja Šarha 30, 3000 Celje does not recognize the competence of any providers of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the customer in accordance with this Act.
