Contact us at: info@prideshop.eu and we will send a GLS delivery service courier to your address. The courier will pick up the package at your address with no additional cost and deliver it to our store. We provide this service in the following country: Slovenia. In this case, no shipping fees apply.

If you have ordered the wrong item, the wrong size, or you simply don’t like the item.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the package.

The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

If you want a refund without shipping costs, let us know at our email address: info@prideshop.eu. If we do not enable this service in your country or if you want to send the package through another delivery service (at your own expense), send it to our address: PRIDEshop.eu, Kocbekova 30a, 3202 Ljubečna, Slovenija..

The time when we will receive the package depends on the delivery service and the country from which you are sending the package.

We will refund the purchase price within 30 days at the latest. However, we will do our best to return it to you within 3 business days.

We do not refund any hipping and delivery costs charged, because this cost has already been incurred and depends on another service provider.

If you have paid for the item by cash on delivery or pro forma invoice, you will be asked to provide your bank account information upon returning the item and we will refund the purchase price to your bank account. If you have paid for the item with Paypal, we will refund the purchase price to your Paypal account. If you have paid for the items with a credit card, we will refund the purchase price to your credit card.

Return the item as described above. We will refund the purchase price. Place a new order for the same item in another size in our online store.
