Got this for my ITF taekwondo sparring awhile back and honestly, it's one of the best headguards I've ever had. Very lightweight, I don't feel restricted with vision, easy to clean, and flexible. I'm getting another one for my brother who's also doing taekwondo as he also tries it and likes the feel of it. Highly recommend!
